Recognizable for its straw yellow colour with golden highlights. It reaches the nose with aromas of white fruits, which then develop into tones of wildflowers, jasmine and acacia. It is fresh, silky and enveloping on the palate. It ends with good persistence and a velvety mineral taste.

It wins for its taste and freshness. Matured in steel tanks and then in French oak barrels for 3 months, it finally rests in bottles for a few months, preserving all its varietal characteristics.
