Is it possible to have an order delivered to my workplace or other business?
For deliveries to workplaces or other commercial activities, during the “Delivery and Payment” phase it will be necessary to fill in the “Billing Details” with your personal data, tick the “Send to a different address” box and fill in the following fields:
• “Name” and “Surname”: indicating the data of the natural person, recipient of the order
• “At”: indicating the company name of the business from which you intend to receive your order
• Continue indicating the address of the business where you want to receive your order.
Can I ship my wines abroad?

How will my order be packed?
Casa Emma uses patented packaging approved by the courier, designed to ensure the integrity of the shipment.
What are the delivery times?
US deliveries are approximately 4 business weeks from the order date. On average, deliveries take place in 3 business weeks throughout the USA. It is not possible to guarantee a precise delivery date or time as this depends on the courier, the destination address, and the person in charge of delivery.
Do I need to be present to receive my wine?
All wines must be received by an adult who is 21 years of age or older. If no one is available at your home address to receive your shipments, please ship your order to your office or another location where someone will be present. If, after three delivery attempts, your wine is returned to us, you can request that your order be shipped to a different address. Additional shipping fees will be charged to your credit card.
Is the payment safe?
